Operations continued on the weekend to repair energy infrastructure in the Ukrainian capital, after strikes by Moscow.

Energy had been restored to over 800,000 citizens by the weekend and the major power firm stated the main operations to repair the grid was concluded though partial blackouts persisted.

Air Defence Operations and UAV Jamming

The Ukrainian defense forces neutralized 54 of 78 enemy drones sent targeting Ukraine overnight, the air force announced on the weekend.

Russia's defence ministry stated it eliminated 42 Ukrainian drones over its own soil.

Cuban Government Denies Accusations of Deploying Soldiers to the War

The Cuban government on Saturday refuted American claims it has provided troops to engage in the Ukraine war, while declaring officials in Havana "lack accurate data about individuals" engaged "on their own" or "within the troops of either party".
